 How to get over being used by a married Man First ,  Cry and Move On,  Crying is a way to lessen the pain out. Second, Put Yourself First,  It's all about you now, You will think of a way to heal yourself, there are many ways, one of them is taking care of yourself, love yourself, set a goals, self -improvement (career, hobbies) make yourself busy. Third, Forgive Yourself, Learn from your mistakes, pick up the pieces and Forgive yourself, You will understand how you  might feel guilty for being with a married man, especially a man that wasn't worth it but were humans we tend to love that's why you need to forgive yourself in loving a married man .  SELF-LOVE? Oftentimes, We ask ourselves on this matter? WHAT IS SELF-LOVE?  How we love ourself ? How we can love yourself?  I can define Self-love by means of recognizing your own self -worth and living your own life as honestly as you can.  Self-Love is an ongoing practice, it is finding what you love most about yourself, in others and spreading that same love to those who need it the most. It is finding that place within you and learning where to find it when you feel a bit lost. Sometimes We need to remind ourselves that we are Awesome just the way, We are.  Pangasinan one of the Province of the Philippines located in Ilocos Region of Luzon. Its capital is Lingayen. Pangasinan is in the western area of Luzon along the Lingayen Gulf and the South China Sea.It has total land area of 5,451.01 square kilometres (,104.65 sq mi). It has 4 Cities and 44 Municipalities, Pangasinan as official dialect and Bolinao, Ilocano, Tagalog and English are languages being spoken. The name Pangasinan means ''place of salt'' or ''place of salt-making''; it is derived from the prefix pang meaning ''for '' the root word asin, meaning ''salt'' and suffix an, signifying ''location''. What are your excuses when you have problems? What do you do? For me, I write, I experienced my thoughts and feelings tru pen and paper, Watch movies, make myself busy just for an hour not to think of it... Internet, Browse & Search, For others, They drink, Go out in a bar with friends, Smoke or any possible way , you think you can forget  of your problems? Problems tend to find answers and solutions not to forget, I do believe that family is the first person you can ask for help & advice. Second, Bestfriend or closefriend.. Lastly, Find it on our own. Everyone of us had a problems it depends on how we deal with it.? We get strength from our loved ones, we feel blessed, We need to be strong no matter what.. Have faith always....
